The pool was fun as always, and the swim up bar is fun. The cake is reason enough to come back ! Thanks, Eva! We never expect to do more than have fun in the casino, but this time we left with quite a bit of what we brought! The drink service was great. I've lamented at the loss of certain desserts, but was pleasantly surprised at the amazing Hawaiian cake, made & served by Eva. I have to mention that I really miss the yummy chocolates they used to leave. (We've never stayed anywhere but, as we enjoy the balcony/patio with the pool view, so can't comment on the tower.) Rooms are getting a bit tired, but hopefully will get a refresh once the new hotel tower is complete. The vibe is very laid back, customer service is above & beyond, and the Resort Rooms are still comfy & large. Ak-Chin is probably our favorite CET property.
We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it this past weekend was no exception.
